Introduction

Thanh Cong Textile and Garment Export Co., Ltd was established under Decision No. 005- 265/QD-UB dated August 11, 1998 of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee. Business registration certificate No. 1000217967 - issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Thai Binh province for the first time on August 11, 1998, registered for the sixth time on December 28, 2018. Production area: 6,076 m2. Number of production workers: over 120 employees.

- Product type: The Company's main product is 100% cotton towels for export and domestic consumption. Including Oshibori towels, face towels, bath towels, sports towels, beach towel and bath mats, ... with rich colors, ensuring strict safety standards of Japan, America and EU.

- Actual operating capacity: 70-100 tonnes/month.

- Annual revenue over 100 billion VND

As a medium sized enterprise, in recent years, the Company's production and business activities have always faced many difficulties and challenges. Especially in the past 2009, from 2019- 2022 the world economy was in crisis and Covid pandemic have strongly affected on the business activities of enterprises, especially those operating in export industries, including our Company. But by the right direction, wise leadership, enthusiastic working spirit of the Board of Directors and the solidarity of all employees which have led Thanh Cong always stands and thrives over 25 years.

In 2007, The company has built a new 5-storey office at No. 15, Tran Quang Khai Street - Group 16 - Bo Xuyen Ward - Thai Binh City - Thai Binh Province for management operating and administration. Thanh Cong is getting better and better to bring its to a new level.

More over, from 2013 until now, Thanh Cong has planned and invested extensively to develop the textile industry in the industrial park of Thai Phuong commune in the direction of modernization and industrialization by building factories and purchasing new and modern equipments from Europe, Japan and Taiwan with a total investment capital of up to VND 50 billion to replace the old ones and workers to improve products capacity.

 

2/ The quality management systems

The Company's human resources are well-trained, master and control the production process and have many initiatives in production and business activities.

Especially, the industrial waste water treatment project of Mr. Director - Tran Xuan Ung, who won the second prize of the National Innovation Contest and the first prize of the Thai Binh Provincial Technical Innovation Contest in 2007.

This project that Mr Ung has researched and successfully applied in industrial wastewater treatment from 2009 to the present at our company.

- Regarding the quality management system the Company is applying on the basis of standards:

+ Quality management system is ISO 9000

+ Environmental management system is ISO 1400

+ Laboratory management system is ISO / IES 17025

- About the Non-Standard Quality Improvement Products Tools:

+ Continuous improvement according to Kaizen philosophy

+ Process control with statistical tools

+ Maintain TPM . overall productivity

+ Key Performance Indicators (KPIS)

3/ Responsibility to consumers

Thanh Cong always tries our best to create products with the best quality, reasonable price and guarantee of hygiene and safety. Therefore, since the company was established until now, our products have always been trusted by Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese customers, which is reflected in the contract value and quantity of products. Our products and brand value is more increasing day by day. Besides, Thanh Cong always listens to the comments and sharing of customers as well as consumers about product quality, economic value and update new and beautiful designs for producing to get the good the best quality with reasonable price.

All consumer and client’s complaints are satisfied peaceful and handled by the Thanh Cong.

4/ Thanh Cong’s responsibilities to employees and the state

a. Responsibility for employees (Society, health insurance, occupational safety and hygiene, social benefits for employees, ...)

- Fulfiling all the regulations of Labour Ministry such as: social insurance and health insurance for employees. There are meeting to have labor regulations and labor agreements. Besides, the company also well implements of visiting and encouraging officers and employees and their families when they are sick or in need, etc. The average salary is from 5 million VND /person /month, ensuring that the holidays and New Year Bonus, and other allowance comply with the regulations of the State.

In addition, the Company also established a trade union to protect the rights of employees, this is also a bridge between employees and management to collect information, listen to workers' recommendations and opinions.

- Every year, the Company opens a training course on occupational safety and health for managers and employees under the guidance of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Thai Binh Department in order to raise aware and responsibility of workers for machines, tools and vehicles. This contributes to improving product quality and reduce production costs.

b. To obey the government policies (tax policies)

Thanh Cong always well abides and complies with the regulations, guidelines and policies of the State in production and business activities such as: Commercial Law, Tax Law, Labor Law, tax reports and tax payment according to rules.

Well perform the maintaining security, preventing from fire and explosion, demonstrating traffic order and safety, occupational hygiene and safety, and building a clean, green and beautiful environment at working site.

5/ Social responsibility (social welfare activities)

Thanh Cong always actively participates in training cources, cultural and sports activities and does well social charity at the local such as: Supporting programs to prevent natural disasters, floods, and accidents, Agent Orange, participating in award programs for good students with difficult circumstances…

6/ COMMITMENT OF THE COMPANY.

- Do not manufacture and trade products/services without origin.

- Do not manufacture and trade Products/services that are fake or imitation goods.

- Do not produce and trade products/services that infringe intellectual property rights.

- Enterprises commit: Thanh Cong’s products is as state regulations on product quality (declaring product quality in accordance with regulations, food hygiene and safety standards).

- Thanh Cong commits not to violate the labor safety law.
